A graduate in Mechanical Engineering with a post-graduate qualification in Industrial Engineering, both from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
He has had a 30+ years industrial corporate work experience in companies like English Electric co. ltd, Tata Iron & steel co., Union Carbide India ltd. This includes stints in both Light and Heavy engineering industries working in the areas of production planning, engineering process planning, and Industrial engineering studies.
He was a co-founder and Director of M/S Advanced digital Aoftware P. Ltd, a software development and consultancy firm with which he was associated for over 15 years.
A significant part of his career has been in the conceptualization, design and development of integrated information systems for manufacturing industries. He has successfully implemented Manufacturing ERP systems in over 30 organizations.

With 30 years of rich experience in the IT industry, Kamesh was the President and COO at Ramco Systems. Kamesh is on the Board of some start-up companies and he brings a rich and wide experience of running and scaling technology product business and Global Alliances.

Ravi is a Mechanical Engineering graduate from IIT Madras with a Post Graduation from IIM Ahmedabad. He has rich exposure to industries such as IT, Financial Services, Telecom, ISP, ITES, Oil & Gas, etc. covering like Strategic Planning, Marketing, Sales & Distribution, Operations, Administration and Senior Management.
In a career spanning over 25 years in services industry, he has served both domestic and international markets. Ravi has travelled extensively within India and undertaken business trips to countries such as Australia, Dubai, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Nepal, Singapore, Thailand and USA.
Ravi has worked with executives, individuals, teams, and companies to achieve sustained and accountable success. he now provides strategic consulting services for Indian SMEs and prepare them to face global markets.
His areas of expertise include Corporate Finance, Information Technology, Manufacturing Optimization, Sales & Distribution and Strategic Marketing.
